We started this because good farms were getting handed bad options.

Family farms are doing everything right and still losing ground. Costs go up. Markets swing. The paperwork gets thicker every year. And the people selling risk management to farmers are mostly selling the same products they sell to everyone else and disappearing until renewal.

Resilient Ag Advisors exists because a farm is not a policy number. It's a family's whole story — the land, the name, the retirement nobody's been able to take, the kid who might come back if the numbers work.

Our job is to make sure that story keeps going. We're not here just to pay you after a loss. We're here to make sure the whole operation is built to take a hit and keep running.

What we believe:

Shoulder to shoulder

We work alongside farmers, not above them. We show up in person, we answer the phone, and we're there in the bad years, not just the renewal years.

People over profit

If we can't do right by a farm, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. We'd rather turn down business than do it badly.

Root to reputation

A farm's stability isn't one policy. It's weather, markets, finances, operations, and succession, all connected. We look at all of it, because a weak link anywhere puts the whole thing at risk.

Truth comes first

The whole picture — the risks, the gaps, the what-ifs, the parts that aren't in our interest to mention. You can't make a good decision on half the information.

Decisions over dollars

We recommend what's right, not what pays best. Sometimes that means telling you to buy less coverage than you were about to.

Faith in the future

We think family farming is worth fighting for — not as nostalgia, but as a business worth inheriting. That belief is the reason this agency exists.

Small agency. Serious operation.

Being independent doesn't mean being informal. Every farm we take on gets:

  • A written plan, not a quote. You'll see what each program would actually pay in the scenarios that matter to your operation, in numbers, before you decide anything.

  • Deadline management. November 20. January 15. March 15. July 15. We track them for you and we call before they're a problem, not after.

  • Documented recommendations. Every recommendation we make, we can explain and justify. In writing, if you want it.

  • Regulatory fluency. We work in the federal program, not around it, and we engage directly with RMA on the rules that affect specialty crop growers.

We don't win unless you do.

Our only measure of success is whether your farm stays strong, profitable, and in your family. Everything else is just how we get there.
